How to Throw a Fail Proof Football Party
The team at Confetë got together with some friends to watch the Seahawks squeeze out the win to the Arizona Cardinals. I think it’s safe to say the Seahawks are struggling this year, but we are not giving up yet! It’s just the beginning and so much can change by the time playoffs roll around.
Like the title of this post reads, we can honestly say that we had some successes and some minor setbacks while throwing our tailgate party so we thought we would share what we learned from our experience.
Seahawks Tailgate Party Box for the win
As you can tell we are a little obsessed with balloon garlands. They are a fun accent to our “Go Seahawks” Northstar balloons!
We love supporting small businesses so we went out of our way to grab some local goodies from Wanna Cupcake?. If you’re a frosting lover you will die over these!
Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders – Total Pinterest Fail!
As you can tell from the picture our sliders presentation didn’t quite turn out. They tasted really good and that’s all that really matters, right? If you want to see what they were supposed to look like check out Merry About Town’s blog.
You can’t have a Seahawks Party without Heritage Distilling’s Batch 12 Vodka.
If you haven’t had any cocktails using Heritage Distilling beverages, you are missing out! Because we did this last minute we grabbed some Izze Blueberry Sparkling Juice and cherry flavored Dry Sparkling soda that mixes perfectly with the Batch 12 Vodka. It took zero brain power to make which is perfect for a relaxing night with the friends.
To sum up what we learned: local baked goods are a quick and delicious way to treat you guests, the Batch 12 Vodka cocktail was a hit, and Pinterest recipes don’t always turn out like the pictures. But our friends seemed to enjoy themselves and that’s what really matters.
